Privacy policy
This policy covers wavystyle.shop, published by Monexa LLC, 1209 Mountain Road PL NE, STE R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA ("we"). We keep data collection small and we explain all of it here.
What we collect
- Anonymous reading statistics. While you read an article, your browser sends us small signals: which article, how far it was scrolled, which sections and images came into view, how long the page was visible, and which in-page links, source links and buttons were tapped. They carry a random session number kept in your browser tab's session storage (not a cookie; it disappears when the tab is closed) and, if you came from one of our ads, the ad number (not under Global Privacy Control or an opt-out). We store no IP address, name or device identifier with them, keep the event log for 60 days, and keep daily totals for analysis.
- Ad information in cookies. If you arrive from one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram, the link carries the ad, ad set and campaign numbers and Meta's click ID (fbclid). We store these in first-party cookies on wavystyle.shop for up to 90 days:
ws_ad,ws_as,ws_c,ws_ang(which article you read),ws_src(that you came from a Meta ad),ws_vsl(which of the maker's three videos you are shown, so it stays the same) and_fbc(Meta's click ID, in Meta's format). - When you click through to the maker's page. We create a random click ID and save a click record for 90 days: the time, the article, the ad numbers above, Meta's
_fbcand_fbpcookie values if present, your IP address, your browser's user-agent string, the page address you came from and your country. We pass the click ID, and the ad numbers and Meta click ID, to ClickBank in the link so we can tell which article led to a sale. We use this only to measure our ads and to match commissions. - Sale notifications from ClickBank. If you buy, ClickBank sends us a notification with the order number, product, amounts, our commission, and your billing state, ZIP code and country. We don't receive your card details. We store this for about 13 months for our accounts.
- Email. If you write to us, we keep your message to reply to it.
Meta Pixel and Conversions API
Our articles use the Meta Pixel, a script from Meta Platforms, Inc. It tells Meta that a page was viewed (PageView, ViewContent) and that someone clicked through to the maker's page (ClickToOffer). When you click through, our server can also send Meta the same ClickToOffer event through Meta's Conversions API, with your IP address, browser user-agent and Meta cookie values (_fbc, _fbp), so Meta can measure and improve our ads. Meta may combine this with information it already has about you under Meta's privacy policy. ClickBank, the retailer, may also report purchases to Meta through its own integration. Under California law this can count as "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal information for money.
Microsoft Clarity
We may use Microsoft Clarity to understand how people use our pages. Clarity records how you scroll, move and tap on the page and shows us heatmaps and session replays; it can set its own cookies and collect device and browser details. We tag Clarity sessions with the article, our ad numbers, which of the maker's videos you would see, and which offer button you tapped. Clarity is loaded only after the page has finished loading, and never if your browser sends Global Privacy Control or you have opted out. Microsoft processes this data under the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Your choices
- Do Not Sell or Share. Use our opt-out page. After you opt out, the Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity do not load on our pages, we send nothing to Meta's Conversions API about you, we don't set the
_fbccookie, and we don't pass Meta's click ID to ClickBank. - Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as the same opt-out automatically.
- Cookies. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings.
- Your rights. Depending on where you live, including California, you can ask to know, access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, and you won't be treated differently for asking. Email support@bllzs.com. We may need to confirm your request comes from you.
Who processes data for us
Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this site and processes requests (including IP addresses) to deliver and protect it. Meta Platforms, Inc. receives the pixel and Conversions API events described above. ClickBank (Click Sales Inc.) is the retailer for purchases made on the maker's page; its privacy policy and the maker's apply there, not ours.
Retention
Click records: 90 days. Sale and refund records: about 13 months. Daily totals contain no personal information and are kept for analysis.
Children
This site is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
